Научный коллектив «Eugonia» , под председательством д-ра Трифона Г. Новаторская научная деятельность
Коллектив «Eugonia» , во главе с доктором Лайнасом, располагает обширной серией статей, опубликованных в признанных научных журналах, специализирующихся в области репродуктологии и ЭКО.В частности, мы опубликовали самое обширное в мировой литературе исследование о женщинах с плохим ответом яичников (poor responders) . Число женщин, включенных в данное исследование намного больше, чем в каких либо других опубликованных исследованиях. Исследование (опубликованное в журнале Human Reproduction, официальном журнале ESHRE) показывает, что применение нового фармацевтического протокола приводит к статистически значимо более высокому показателю успеха.
Кроме того, в нашем недавнем исследовании, которое является крупнейшим в мире в отношении числа участвующих пациенток с СПКЯ, мы доказываем, что использование гибкого протокола ГнРГ антагониста приводит к статистически значимому снижению развития тяжелого синдрома гиперстимуляции яичников (СГЯ). Это снижение составляет около 20% по сравнению с долгим протоколом, и при этом не сопутствуется снижением в числе беременностей.
Кроме того, мы достигли эффективного и безопасного лечения, а также и рождения здоровых детей, в случаях установленного тяжёлого синдрома гиперстимуляции яичников. Наше исследование касательно лечения тяжелого СГЯ охарактеризовалось рецензентами научных журналов, как уникальное в мире. Безопасность и эффективность метода меняет картину, существовавшую до сегодняшнего дня, при которой единственной безопасной профилактикой для СГЯ являлось аннулирование цикла с соответствующими психологическими и экономическими последствиями.
Мы в «Eugonia» считаем, что только с помощью исследований и постоянного поиска можно добиться прогресса и увеличить показатели успеха в области вспомогательной репродукции.
